Did you ever try duck in a pancake? In Beijing you have the world-famous dish: Peking Duck. It has been prepared since ages. It’s a luxurious delicacy. The ducks are specially bred for the restaurants. The ducks only live for 65 days and are seasoned before being roasted. It takes a long process to deliver succulent and tasty meat on the plates of enjoying costumers. The animals were bred in Nanjing originally. It’s a special kind of duck: ‘Anas platyrhynchos domestica’. You taste that it is different meat than you are used to.
